It is stated that the petitioner is the pattedar and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.2-33 guntas in Survey No.573/ B and Ac.1-16 guntas in Survey No.57a/87/7/ 1, situated at Kalleda Revenue Village, Parvathagiri Mandal, Warangal District. It is stated that the name of the petitioner was recorded in the revenue records and she was issued pattadar pass book No.T22110100282 with Khata No.497 in respect of the subject land. It is stated that part of subject land in Survey No.574 was acquired by the Government for the purpose of road. hq such, the petitioner made an application ttide challan ./ 2 No.6400067208 requesting the respondent authorities to conduct survey for identifying and demarcating the subject land of the petitioner so as to enable him to enjoy his land as an absolute owner. The grievance of the pebitioner is that acting on the said application, the respondent authorities have issued noLice in file No.H/824 /2024 dated 23.10.2024 to the petitioner and to the adjacent land owners fixing the date of surwey as 08.77.2024 at 10.30 a.m. However, the respondents neither proceeded to conduct survey in terms of the notice rlated 23 10.2024 nor issued any fresh noiice to the petitioner and adiacent land orvner5

3. Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, has not disputed the issuance of notice in file No.FI/824/2024 dated 23.10.2024 to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition and the ends of the justice would be met if the respondent authorities are directed to conduct survey of the subject land in terms of t:he notice in file No.H/824/2024 dared 23.10.2024 or by issuing fresh notice to the petitioner and adjacent land owners in terms of the circular inr;kuctions issued by the Chief Commissioner. of Survey 3 and Land Records from time to time in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' 5 With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs As a sequel.thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed. .,r€.i. ,:;1.. .a SD/' P.
