Petitioner is a Member of Indiramma Committee and resident of H.No.8-92, Sri Sai Nagar, Medipally, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. 6 respondent IS making construction on plot No.55, admeasuring 72.5 Sq.yards, in Survey No.l03 of Medipally Village and Mandal, which is a Government land, without obtaining prior permission from 2 nd respondent. Therefbre, petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.01.2025 to 2'd respondent with a request to take action against 6'r' respondent. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representation, 2"d respondent did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 2nd respondent, petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 2 KL, J \\ .P.No 3215 ot 2025

Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing 1br 2"d and 3'd respondents has produced written instructions wherein it is stated that :t-nd resltondent Colporation has received . a letter from 5'h respondent Tahsildar, l4andal Revenue Office, Medipally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, with a request to take necessary action on 6 h respondent in respect of the illegal consrnrction being car:ried out by him in the Govemment [and. 4. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2"d respondent to consider the representation dated

21.01.2025 submitted by petitioner and also the letter addressed by 5"' respondent, and reply dated 01.02.2025 submitted by 6'h respondent to the show cause notice dafod
