It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 31.01.2025 passed in W.p. No.2731 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be-disposed of in terms of the afo'esaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the tearned counset appearing on behatf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counset appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons arake in the above referred.order passed by this Court in W.p, No.2731 of 2O25 dated 31.01 .2025, the Writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage in similar lines, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the ) J SN, J wP 3207 )025 respondents, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioner to the subiect premises of the Petitioner's Plot No'555, in Survey Nos.11114, LL/L5, LL/L6, LLl17, and LIILA admeasuring 3OO sq. yards situated at Ayyappa Society, Khanamet, Seritingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, in accordance to law, expeditiously preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner.
