It is stat.ed that the petitioner is the owner anSl possessor of 2. the agriculturzrl land to an extent of Ac' 1'33 guntas in l]y'No 3 of PeddatoopraV'illage,ShamshabadMandal'RangaRedd'yDistrict' It is further st;ated that the name of the petitioner was rellected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue aurthorities also issued e-pr{tadar pass book bearing No'T0523O29O857 uide Khata No.6055;-c) under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Patt;x7ar Passbooks AcL' 2O2O ' It is further stated that when the neig,hbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries of tirr: subject land and as such, the petitioner had submitted F-L,ir-re application, dated 24 'O1 '2024 to respondent Nos.3 to 5, by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the' subject 2 CVBR, J wp lt84_2025 land and hx the boundaries. The grievance of the petitioner is that .* .il . even after receiving the said F-Line application, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and fixation of the boundaries.
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted thit in terms of the circular issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents ?Fe bound to consider the application within 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges.
5. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondent authorities will consider the aforesaid F-Line application submitted by the petitioner by following due procedure laid down under law and conduct survey and derriarcate the subject land by hxing boundaries.

It is settled law that the Survey Department has the authority to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance 3 CVBR, J wp .\184 2025 with $eprovisiqrs-_of (Act No. VIII of'1317 Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundaries the Telangana Land Revenue Act, .lil17 Fasli Act,1923,andt-heRulesframedthereunder'TheGoverrrrnenthas issued various :irculars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, parl-ir:ularly F-Line (freld measurement) surveys' Individuals requesting such surveys are required to subrnit specific documents, arrct if the conditions stipulated in the cirt;ulars are fulfilled, the survey and boundary frxation may be condr-t<;ted The Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries A<:t, 1923, tirne vide issued relevant circulars from time to Rc.
