Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and the learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondents submit that in Crime No.469 of 2012, a charge sheet was filed, and the case culminated in S.C. No.166 o't 2017. After due trial, Accused Nos.1 to 37 were acquitted. However, the case against the remaining accused, i.e., Accused Nos.38 to 41, is still pending for fixation of trial schedule. Hence, the contention raised in the present writ petitaon does not subsist \ i )

4. lhave carefully perused the material available on record 5 The petitioner's grievance in this writ petition is that the 4th respondent filed a final report in the said crime and sought a direction for conducting a fresh investigation by another investigating agency. However, from the developments reported, it is evident that no such final report was filed by the investigating agency. lnstead, a charge sheet was filed, and the proceedings against Accused Nos.1 to 37 have been concluded, while the case against the remaining accused is pending trial ln view of these facts, it is clear that no further cause survives for consideration rn this matter
