The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0. 1 1 gts , in :, Sy.No.167143/1/1 and Ac. 1.18 gts., in Sy.No.167le;1, situated at Subhanpur Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District. In proof of the same, he has filed copies of latest pattadar passbooks, 1-B Namuna (ROR), etc' Respondent No.7 submitted two applications dated O2.O7.2O21 and 27.L2.2O21 to respondent No.2 seeking approval for layout. Respondent No.2 has issued draft layout'--, 2 The afores aid property belongs to the petitioner, t -rereflore, he has subnritted representations dated 28.03 2022 and O2.Ol.2O2!; to respondent No.2 with a request to take action against respondent No.7. Despite receiving and acknowled;3ing the said representations, respondent No.2 did not act uJron the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondenl No.2, the petitioner fiied the present w it petition.

Smt.I).Madhavi, learned Standing Co unsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, would I ubmit that respondent No.2 wiil consider the aforesaid repr,:sentations and take action against respondent No.7, strictly in accordance with the Hyderabad Metropolitan D :velopment Authority .A<:t, 2008 by putting the petitioner and respondent No.7 on nol ice and affording them an opportunitv c f hearing.
4. Irr the light of the said submission, notice to :espondent No.7 is dis;pensed with.
