The grievance of the petitioner was that he was not provided registration under A.P.VAT Act, 2005. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that registration has now been provided. In this view of the matter, the writ petition becomes infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
