Counsel for the Petitioner: MR.K.S.MURTHY Counsel for Respondents: GP FOR LABOUR The Court on being mention made the following: ON BEING MENTIONED: This writ petition is posted as “for being mentioned” case at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, inadvertently a mistake has crept in the order passed by this court on 28-4-2005. In the second paragraph of the order it has been mentioned as “under the Payment of Gratuity Act 1982”, which should have been “under Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955 (Act 45 of 1955)”. Therefore, the Registry is directed to substitute the words “under the Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955, (Act 45 of 1955)” in place of “under Payment Gratuity Act, 1972” in the third line of second paragraph of the order and issue corrected copy. _______________ C.V.
