" 2 It is stated that the petitioners are the pattedars and possessors of the land admeasuring Ac.1-30 guntas in Survey No.634e9/1, the land admeasuring Ac.1-29 guntas 1n Survey No.634er/2 and the land admeasuring Ac.1-29 guntas ln Survey No.634e/3, situated at Cheerlavancha Village, Thangepally Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District. It is further stated that the names of the petitioners were reflected in all the revenue records as pattedars and the revenue authorities also issued e-pattadar pass books bearing Nos.T19090020017 with Khata No.76, I;19090020021 with Khata No.111 andT19090020094 with Khata No.512 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and 2 I Pattadar PassL,r oks Act,202O. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the respondent authorities will consider the aforesaid F_Line applications submitted by the petitioners by following due procedure laid down under law and conduct survey and demarcate the subject Iand by fixing boundaries.

It is settled law that the Survey Department has the authority to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 7:i17 Fasti (Act No.VIII of 7377 Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundari es Act,7923,ancl the Rules framed there under. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surueys, particularly F_Line (field measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and if the conditions stipulated in the circulars.are fulfilled, the survey and boundary fixation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey, Settlemen ts and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, issued rerevant circulars from time to time ,ide Rc.No.N1/ 6543 / 99, dated 25.07.2001;..Rc.No.N1/ t4O8 / 07, dated 73.07.2002 ; and.
