2. Heard Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. Perused the record.

3. when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to examine the representations dated 24.L2.2o22 and 23.oL.2023 submitted by the petitioner pending before respondent No.2.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue seeks short span of time to dispose of the representations dated

24.12.2022 and 23.0 I .2023 submitted by the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, / / 7 \ \ 1J this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 24.12.2022 and 23.O1.2023 submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law by issuing necessary notices to the petitioner and all interested witnesses and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the parties to this writ petition are directed to maintain status quo obtaining as on today, in all respects, in respect of the subject proPertY.
