TlrC :ase of the petitioner, in brief, is that the |:etitioner is the lessee and occupant of the premises bearin3 l{.No.3-5- 229/ll,)-l : E;lock No.5, Krishna Nagar Colony, Mallapur, Medchal-11 alkajgiri District and has been residing irr the said premises rrnder a lease agreement dated 15.06,2C)23. The said lease, ac reement was entered into for a tr:rn1 of four years i.€, from 15.06.2023 to 14.06.2027. Th3 letitioner paid a srrr of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lal(hi; only) to respond€n. Ncs.5 and 6 towards security deposit with a view that thc : ( )tit oner would not be required to pay any monthly rent fol h ? rext four years. On 24.O5.2O24 the rerspondent No.5 suhrr itt(ld a Demand Draft to the TSSPDCI rirquesting to discc-nect the electricity connections to [h(: subject premises. Based on the said draft, the responclent No.4 disconn,e:t:d the electricity connection to the subject premises. Rao Nagar, TGSPDCL, vrde Lr.No. ADE/OP/AS Rao Nagar/D.No. 775/24- 25, Dated 06.09.2024 and a bare perusal of the same indicates that the request of the petitioner made through representation dated 04.09.2024 had been considered and detailed proceedings dated 06.09.2024 had been issued to the petitioner.
