JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and .1631 COMMON ORDER: This criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 under Section 528 ort BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in P.R.c.No.559 of 2024 on the file of learned lll Additional chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4gB-A and 307 of the lndian Penal code, 1860 and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingty, r.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been fited to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions.
4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly -;r consented for compromise. That the allegation that her husband attempted to kill her, and the disputes between herself and Accused No. 1, arose out of their conjugal life, and hence the parties are willing t,) enter into a compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the Higtr Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secr,:tary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitterl a report dated 20.11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into comprromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln 'riew of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequr:ntly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in P.R.c.lrlo.559 of 2024 on the file of learned lll Additional chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners;/accused Nos.2 and 3 are hereby quashed subject to the I petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 are paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the secretary, High court Legal services committee, High court for the state of relangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Telangana High court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
