THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAIESHWAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.3O46 oF 2O25 ORDER With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage.

2. Heard Mr. P. Ugender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.09.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. \ \ However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries. I

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the Gratuity (TS) amount of Rs.4,02,622/- with Token No.2523577397, \ ) dated 30.12.2024, and Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.1L,97,378/- with Token No.2523577388, dated 30.t2.2024, Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.5,49,907/- with Token No.2523577408, dated 30.12.2024, and Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.16,35,398/- with Token No.2523577403, dated 30.t2.2024, Encashment of Earned Leave amount of Rs.7,09,530/- with Token No.2522937543, dated 17.LO.2024, Generat provident Fund amount of Rs.8,50,000/- with Cheque No.25233094, dated 03.L2.2024, Surrender E.L amount of Rs.1,50,482/- with Token No.25224268t3 dated 12.08.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditioysly as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.There shall be no o'rder as to costs.
