3. The case of the petitionerrl.in brie, is that the petitibners are the members of Jubilee Hills, Road Nos.B6 and 87, Residents Welfare association, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The petitioners filed the present writ petition being aggrieved by the illegal and anti-environmental activities of the respondents causing damage to the environment and natural flora and fauna inclurding the age old rocks of the locality by taking steps foi auctioninq 1g acres of land in T.s. No.14, Block-A, Ward-L2 of Lotus pcnd, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and the learned Assistant Government pleader for Environment appearing on behalf of respondent trlo.2 submit that the petitioners have no locus standi to file the present writ n J SN. ] wP 3334 2025 petition.
