2. Heard Mr.Dinesh Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel lor the petitioners and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Plcader for Rcvenuc appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Perused the record l ) 3 When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction to respondent Nos.3 to 5 to examine and pass orders on their online applications bearing Nos.230O164220 & 2300164203 dated 20.12.2023 pending before respondent Nos.3 to 5.

Learned Assistant Governme nt Pleader for Revenue contends that the online applications bearing Nos.23001 64220 &, 2300164203 dated 20.12.2023 made bv the petitioners could not be considered till date as the Telanganzr Bhu Bharathi Act, 2025 (for short, "the Act,2A25"l has comc into vogue. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the petitiolrcrs to filc lresh .rpplications in terms of the said Act before thc respr.rnclent authorities and that the same would be considered as pcr larr'.

Having regard to the submissions of botl-r the learned counsel and rvithout making an-v cbservations on merits or demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioncrs to Iile fresh online applications, as per the provisions of the Act, 2025 seeking the said relief. On filing the same, respondent Nos.3 to 5 are directed to examine the same by issuing ncccssary noticcs to all the i \ interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, rvithin a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of such applications.
