circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of lvlandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.3 to 5 in nonronsidering the online applications vide Nos. 2300164220 & 2300164203 of petitioner dated 20.12.2023 and non-initiating to cancel the illegal Pattadar Pass Book of respondents No.6 & 7 who are obtained the e-pass pattadar passbook on land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.2-05 gts in Sy.No.32lN2 and 32iA'l3 which issued to the respondents No.6 & 7 without having any possession and land to them and non-initiating to issue the e-pattadar passbook to the petitioners on their land which is situated at Palavaram Village, Anantagiri Mandal, Suryapet District, is highly illegal, arbitrary, u nconstitutional, and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of A(icles 14,15,21 and 300-4 of Constitution of India and violation of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents No.3 to 5 to consider online applications vide Nos. 2300164220 & 2300164203 of petitioner daled 20.12.2023 and to cancel the illegal Pattadar Pass Book of respondents No.6 & 7 who are obtained the e- pattadar passbook on land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.2-05 gts in Sy.No.32lN2, 321N3 which issued to the respondents No.6 and 7 without having any possession and land to them and to issue the e- pattadar passbook to the petitioners on their land which is situated at Palavaram Village, Anantagiri Mandal, Suryapet District. 2. Heard Mr.Dinesh Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel lor the petitioners and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Plcader for Rcvenuc appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Perused the record l ) 3 When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction to respondent Nos.3 to 5 to examine and pass orders on their online applications bearing Nos.230O164220 & 2300164203 dated 20.12.2023 pending before respondent Nos.3 to 5.

Learned Assistant Governme nt Pleader for Revenue contends that the online applications bearing Nos.23001 64220 &, 2300164203 dated 20.12.2023 made bv the petitioners could not be considered till date as the Telanganzr Bhu Bharathi Act, 2025 (for short, "the Act,2A25"l has comc into vogue. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the petitiolrcrs to filc lresh .rpplications in terms of the said Act before thc respr.rnclent authorities and that the same would be considered as pcr larr'.

Having regard to the submissions of botl-r the learned counsel and rvithout making an-v cbservations on merits or demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioncrs to Iile fresh online applications, as per the provisions of the Act, 2025 seeking the said relief. On filing the same, respondent Nos.3 to 5 are directed to examine the same by issuing ncccssary noticcs to all the i \ interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, rvithin a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of such applications.
