This Court vide order dated 05 03 2025 referred the petitioners to theHighCourtLegalservicesCommitteeforidentificationoftheparties and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement The Secretary' High Court Legal Services Committee' has submitted report dated 07.03.2025 stating that the parties are identified by their respective counselandalsoonVerificationofAadharCards/ldentityCardsandthe enquiries reveal that the parties have willful and without coercion entered into settlemenVcom Prom tse 6 I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations' the charged offences' which are essentially matrimonial and inter-personal in nature and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v' State of Puniab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v' State of lJ'P'2: State of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3' this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr 'P C 1528 of BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice' | 2012 (1O) SCC 303 'z zo24 INSC 189 3 2019 (s) scc 688 3 Nrt/ [..1.10.t.2 and l ol 2025 in/tnd Cr/.PNo. / 981 of 2025 B. 1. Facts of the case are that on O5-04-201g at 12O0 hours received a complaint from Smt. G. Narsaveni W/o. Narendra, Ag; 29 Years, Occ; pvt. Job , Caste: Kammari, ' R/o. Raghavachary, .{ge;30 years, R/o. Ii.No. 2-31234/8142 Road No 6 Shankar Nagar Amberpet on 17-05-2017 in the presence of botl-r elders. At the time of marriage, her parents had given cash of Rs. 2,00,000/-, 8 Tulas Gold and other household items and performed the marriage. After marriage for 10 her husband looked after her nicely. Thereafter her husbard sold out her gold one by one which her mother had given. Hc addicted to consume alcohol ald daily coming to houise in a drunken condition, quarrelling rvith her and harassing her mentally and physically, her rnother-in-1aws Amrutha and Laxmi @t, veena, her husband's cousin Venl<ar-rna, her fathcr-in-law Raghava Chary all are supporting her husband and harassing her mentally and phy sically to bring additional drvory_ She had taken hcr husband for family counselling for two times, again they asl:cd to come for counselling, but her husband is not coming, he did not change his attitude. He is not doing any work, coming to house daily in drunken condition and harassing her mentally :rnd physically fro u,ant of additional dw-ory.. Therelore she requested to take necessary action.

I submit that I am the I am the De_facto complainant and Accused NO.l is my husband, and we both are being Hindus, our marriage was performed according to [*"*' \-\ ( /:\ /€) Hindu Customary rites on 17 -05-2017 at brides residence, R/o. H'No' La-174, Roda Mestry Nagar (B)' Opp. Bombai Hotel, Gajularamaram Road' Qutbullapur, Shapurnagar, Medchel-Malkajgiri District. is an arranged marriage and the same was solemnized in the presence of the parents of the petitioners, elders, relatives and fiiends'
4. I submit that the intervention of the well wishers and elders of the both parties settled the matter amicably out of the court. That due to the said reasons' I came forward to withdraw the complainl for which I am also executed an Affidavit slating that I am ready to withdraw the aLrove said case'
5.
