ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: respondents in not according permission
…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Register/Organise Fishermen Cooperative Society, Gunjepalli Village, Mudigubba Mandal, Anantapur District as bad, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the APCS Act, 1964 and also offends Arts.14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register the Fishermen Cooperative Society, Gunjepalli Village, Mudigubba Mandal, Anantapur District under APCS Act, 1964 in the interest of justice.
At the hearing, Smt.M.Vidyavathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her client to file a fresh writ petition in proper name. This request of the learned counsel is accepted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.41968 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. 19th October, 2012 VGB C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
