It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the rearned standing counser for TGSPDCL appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.Z to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 31.01.2025 passed in W.p, No.2731 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counse! appearing on behatf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P. No.2731, of 2025 dated 31.01 .2OZS, the Writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage in simirar rines, directing the petitioners to make a fresh application to the respondents, within a period of two (O2) weeks from the J SN, J wP 2919 2025 date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioners to the subject premises of the Petationers' Plot No.588 in Survey Nos.11l14 to 11l18 admeasuring 3OO sq' yards situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the said application to be submitted by the petitioner within two (O2) weeks therefrom' However, there shall be no order as to costs The miscellaneous aPP lications, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/.
