Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No 2 submits that the prayer as sought for by the petitiorer in the present writ petition had already been granted in favour of the petitioner and hence, cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudicatiol, any more and the present writ petitiorl has become inf -uct Jous. The details are as follows: Sri.Jarapala Ramesh (Reg.No.1183973) had applied for the Post of SCTPC Civil and/or equivalent Posts pursuant to the Notification 1.t cited and participated in the recruitment process. He was provisionally selected to the post of SCT pC (AR) in Hyderabad under ST NCC category, subject to verification of Antecedents, Original Certificates and Medical Fitness. The Petitioner was actually local to Ranga Reddy district as per the study certificates submitted by him and was erroneously mentioned a l i 4 SN,' w.P.No.2924 of 2O2o 'l in the Cl'eck Slip as local to Hyderabad, at tlre time of Certificate Verification prior to his Provisioncrl Selection. The Petitioner in the Online Application also mentioned that he is Local 1:o Hyderaba J and St.Mathews School wherein lte studie d frrm 5th to 10th Class falls in Hyderabad. In the Notification at para 20, page No.rl2 instru ctiorrs were given to the Candidates who studie d in bordering areas of Hyderaba'J, CyberabaC/Rachakonda to obtain a Certificate from the cf,ncorned Head Master of the School as to under which Revenue and District Education Offic'er Jurisciction the school falls i.e. DEO, Hyderabad rr DEO, Ranga Reddy. Tl'e Petitioner in his representation dated 3l-01 -2O2O has contended that his Bonafide is from Hyclerabad and only in the SSC Memo the distrir:t is mentioned as RR District. He also stat(ld that the lichool is functioning in the same premises since its 'nception and the permission was grantt:d by th': authorities of R.R. District. Tf e Petitioner is informed that as per the Lr.Rc No.03/St/2020, dated 31-01-2020 of the Distri:t Educational Officer, Ranga Reddy, addre sserl to the Asst. Commissioner of Police, Special Ilranch, Central Zone, Hyderabad, wlro actually r:nquired into the matter, Sri J. Rame:sh (Admission No.58B) who studied in St.Mathervs High School, Reddy Colony, Champapet, 5 SN,J w.P.No.2924 ()f zozo Saroornagar Mandal. Ranga Reddy Dist from V Class to X Class during the period from 2003 to 2008 falls under the jurisdiction of Ranga Reddy and as per School record the same is found correct. In the light of the above facts, the claim of the Petitioner in his representation dt.31_01_2020, that he is a local Candidate to Hyderabad is not correct. As a local Candidate of Ranga Reddy, the petitioner secured lesser marks than the cut off marks for all posts, as such he is not in the zone of consideration.
