2. The petitioner is sole accused in the Sessions Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(D), 354,387,506 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 'l 1 read with Section 12 of the Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012 (for short 'POCSO Act').
3. Heard Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, fi/lr.N.Krishna Sumanth, learned counsel for the respondent No.'1lde-facfo complainant and IVlr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing lhe respondent No.2-State.
4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No 2/de-faclo complainant filed l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compr0mise 2 a

5. This court vide ordet dated 04.03.2025 referred the parties to the High court Legar Services committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the setflement. The accusations against the petitioner in the porice Report rodged by the victim girr are that, the petitioner/accused assaurted the victim girr with intent to outrage her modesty, starked her under the guise of rove and committed extortion with criminar intimidation. Having considered the allegations and taking into account the amicable setflement between the parties, in the right of the dictums in Gian Singh v. state of punjab and _ another,l and Anit Mishra v.
