BHASKAR REDDY ORDER: IVRIT PETITION No.2 849 of2O25 It is stated that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of various extents of agricuitural land situated in different survey numbers of Akunuru Village, Cheryala Mandal, Siddipet District. It is further stated that when disputes arose over the said property, respondent No.4, who is the sister of petitioner No.1, filed a partition suit uide O.S.No.547 of 2022 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet. The grievance of the petitioners is that pending adjudication of the said suit, respondent Nos.4 to 6 are making efforts to dispose of the subject property in favour of third parties.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at.the admission stage. In view of Lhe nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofhcial respondents is dispensed with. I L i I 2 CVBR, J wp 2,349 2025 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos l to 3 has vehemently contended that respondel-rt No'3 is competent to entertain any registration andinthcabsenceofanyoftheinjunctiongrantedbythe competent civil Court, the registering authority is not having any po$rer to restrain the persons to cnter into sale tra nsactions' As per the Standing Order 219' if any of the injunction order 4. granted by the competent civil Court not to entertain any alienation, thi: said orders are binding on the registering authority and in the absence of any injunction prohibiting for entertaining the registration, the registering authority is not hzrving any power to refuse registration Admittedly' in the said suit there is no in-junction order prohibiting to entertain registration' Therefore' this writ petition is misconceived and is liablc to bc disrrrissed' 5 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed There shall be no order as to costs-
