Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that these writ petitions are filed by the petitioners declaring the action of the respondents in dispossessing/ interfering with the subject lands of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice as rvell as the fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and wittrout jurisdiction and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere/dispossess the petitioners from the said \ i I I I l II 2 sx,J W.P.Nos.3374 of 2O27 a.nd batch
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the respondents have interfered into the lands of the petitioners without issuing any notices and without following due process of law. In spite of lapse of more than 4 years, the respondents did not choose to Iile any counter in these matters for denying the averments made in the writ affidavit and requested to direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners, without following due process of law.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow the procedure contemplated under law before interfering with the possession of the petitioners in the subject property and requested to pass appropriate orders.
5. In view of the submissions made by both sides, \ these writ petitions are disposed of directing the 3 SI(,J W.P.Nos.3374 ol 2021 and bqtch respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in their subject properties, without following due process of law. There shail be no order as to costs.
