Narasimha Sarma June 20, 2007 This petition is directed against orders dated 19-4-1997 and 2-6- 1998 passed by the authorities constituted under Sections 50 and 53 of the Andhra Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1988. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the parties made an agreed statement that the writ petition may be disposed of by granting leave to respondent No.3 to withdraw the amount already deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order passed by respondent No.2 and this would represent the full and final settlement of the claim of respondent No.3. In view of the agreed statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. G.S.SINGHVI, CJ June 20, 2007
