2. In view of the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage dispensing with notice to respondent No.5.

3. Petitioner herein is resident ol Chacha Nehru Nagar, New bhoiguda, Hyderabad. Respondent No.S has obtained building permission for construction of stilt for parking + 2 upper floors, whereas, she has constructed hve floors without leaving setbacks. The said construction is in deviation to the building permit order. Therefore, the same is unauthorized construction. petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 02.O1.2025 ro respondent No.4 with a request to take action against rcspondent No.5.
