I pending before the Addl. JFCM, Sangareddyand Cr. ereafter upon filing of o18242021 which is 1oj42024 vide C.C. No.29O12024 pending before the Honlble 1"t Additionel Judicial Magistrate of First Class, SangareddY. The First Party also filed M.C.No.1 of 2024 against the the Family Court at Sangareddy and the same is withc on 30-04-2024. Whereas pending all the above cases, Second Party before -aw by the First Party p on the intervention D*"^* o t\ sf!^d l l I l 3 n/ IJ of elders and parents settled Second parties a.nd decided to all adversarial averments, leadings, complaints against each other well-wishers both their matrimonial First and disputes and their withdraw As per the said settlement, the First and Second parties agreed to take mutual consent divorce and also setfled the monitory claims. Further up on receipt of settlement amount as agreed in this setflement the First party agreed to withdraw all criminal cases filed against second party. whereas in the presence of elders and well-wishers both parties setfled their matrimonial dispute and First party agr6ed to receive and take Rs.12,00,000/_ (Rupees Twelve Lakhs only) from the Second party towards marriage expenditure, maintenances and permanent alimony as full ahd final settlement amount. The Second party already paid Rs.5,00,000/_ (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the First party. For the remaining balance amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) the Sbcond party as taken 2 (Two) Demand Drafts in the name of First party with each amounl of Rs.3,50,000/_ (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thaousand oniy) vide D.D. No.254967, dated 07_ 10-2025 and D.D. No.254968, daled 07-.10-2025 diaw at SBt Bank, Kavori Hills, (12655) Hyderabad. WHEREAS both parties agreed that, the Second party shall handed over the First D.D. of Rs.3,50,000/- vide DD No.254967, dated 07-10-2025 to the First Party at the.time of filing compromise petition before the Hon'ble High court of Telangana in CMA No.71 of 2024. The Second D.D. vide No.2S4968, dated 07-10-2025 of Rs.3,50,000/- will be handed over to the First party at the time of the C.C. No.1B24l2021which is pending before the Aildl. JFCM, Sairgareddy and Cr.No.14l2024 vide C.C. No.290/2024 pending be.fore the Hon'ble 1st Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, which .closing :'$2;'"* ,l $ €iva' 4 a I were filed by the First Party against the Second Parl and his parents' Both the First and Second parties and their parert; a$reed for the following terms and conditions. r NOW THIS IUEIVORANDUIVI OF UN DERSTANDINC ; /VITNESS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That in view of the compromise between the parli, s, the First Party and Second party agreed to take mutual consent d r :rce by amending the C.M.A: No.71t2024 pending on the file of l-{' n'ble High Court of Telangana.
2. That as per th6 settlement as stated above the Second I arty agreed to pay Rs.12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakhs only) to the First par.r towards marriage expehtiitui'e, maintenances and permanent alimon I as full and final settlement amount.
3. That in pursuance of the said settlement the Second Pa 1y paid an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the F i ,t Party by way of Cheque No.482662, dt.25.04.2024, drawn on.SBl Bar <, Chevella Branch and the said Cheque was en-cashed by the First Party
4. That'the Second Party in order to pay the balance setl ement amounts of Rs.7,00;000/- (Seven Lakhs only) has taken 2 DemanJ Drafts in thd name of First Party with each amount of Rs.3,50,000/- vide t) ) No.254967, dated 07-10-:2025 and DD No.254968, dated 07-10-2025 frcr r SBI Bank, Kavori Hills, ('12655) Hydebad.
5. That tfre S6cond Party shall handed ovei the First D. ) of Rs.3,50,0001 vide D.D. No.254967, dated 07-10-2025 to the Firs;l Party at the time of filing of compromise petition before the Hon'ble Higlr 3ourt of Telangana x$"1"c^*^ $I'^crit \-\ L'19 5 in CMA No.71 of 2024. Thal the Second D D vide No 254968' dated 07- 10-2025 of Rs.3,50,000/- will be handeil over to the First Party at the time of withdrawing and closing the C.C. No.1B24l2021which is pending before the Addl. JFCM, Sangareddy and Cr.No.1412024 will be handed over to the First Party at the time of closing of the C.C No'1824t2021 which is pending before the Addl. JFCM, Sangareddy and Cr'No 1412024 vide C C' No.2gOl2024pendingbeforetheHon'ble'1'tAdditionalJudicialMagistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, which were filed by the First Party against the Second PartY and his Parents.
6. That the both First and Second parties agreed that' they must and should come and attend before the Hon'ble High Court' and Hon'ble Addl' JFCM' Sangareddy in person for filing of necessary petitions for the withdrawal of the cases and also for granting of mutual consent divorce'
7. That First party shall not claim any maintenance' monitory benefit or any other claim what so ever from Second party in future' 8 That both parties hereby agree and assure that'they shall not file any Petition or case or complaint etc' against each other or their family members and this compromise attaining finality on the decree of divorce' for any relief thereafter before any court of law or authority will not binding on parties.
9. That the Second Party shall return all the marriag.e and personal photographs and also video-graphs to.the First Party The Second Party also assured that' if ahy photographs or video-graphs are not traced out at piesent and traced out in future then the Second Party shall not misuse the said photographs and video-graphs in any foim and shall not post or upload or misuse in any manner in social media or any other ^P q\^-L o t\.<,"i^d' 6 platform. ln spite of the Second Party assurance if art ' of the photographs or video-graphs found to be misused then the S r cond Party will be prosecuted as per law.
10. That the First party or her family members or her r -' atives or any other person or persons on her behalf shall not disturb and s rall not communicate in any form to the second party and his parents.
11. ln the same manner the second party or his family mr> rbers or his relatives or any other person or persons on his behalf shall nct disturb and shall not communicate in any form to the First party and her parr: rts.
12. 6. That the Second Party shall handed over the First D.D. r D D. No.254967, daled 07-10-2025 to the First party at compromise petition before the Hon'ble High Court o, No.71 of 2024. That the Second D.D. vide No.254968, r f Rs.3,50,000/- vide the time of filing of Telangana in CMA ated 07-10-2025 of Rs. 3,50,0001 will be handed over to the First party at the time of withdrawing and closing the C.C. No. 182412021 which is pending before the Addl. JFCM. sangareddy and cr No. 14/2024 wi be handed over to the First party at the time of closing of the c.c. No. 1g24t2o21 which is pending before the Addr. JFCM, Sangareddy and Cr.No. 14t2OZ4 vide C.C. No. 2gOtZO24 pending before the 1st Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy, which were filed by the First Party against the Second party and his parents.
7. That the both First and Second parties agreed that, they must and should come and attend before the Hon,ble High Court, and Hon,ble Addl. JFCM. sangareddy in person for firing of necessary petitions for the withdrawal of the cases and also for granting of mutual consent divorce,
8. That First party shall not claim any maintenance, monitory beneflt or any other claim what so ever from Second party in future.
9. That both parties hereby agree and assure that they shall not file any petition oT case or complaint etc. against each other or their family members and this compromise attaining finality on the decree of divorce, for any relief thereafter before any court of law or authority will not binding on partres.
10. That the Second Party shall return all the marriage and personal photographs and also vrdeo-graphs to the First party. The Second party also assured that, if any photographs or video-graphs are not traced out at present and traced out in future then the Second Party shall not misuse the said photographs and video-graphs in any form and shall not post or upload or misuse in any manner in social media or any other platform. ln spite of the Second party assurance if any of the photographs or video-graphs found to be misused then the Second Party will be prosecuted as per law
11. That the First party or her family members or her relatives or any other person or persons on her behalf shall not disturb and shall not communicate in any form to the second party and his parents.
12. ln the same manner the second party or his family members or his relatives or any other person or persons on his behalf shall not disturb and shall not communicate in any form to the First party and her parents.
13. That if any one of the parties to this deed violate or breach this deed, the other party shall take strict legal action against such violating party which includes criminal cases and defamation and damages. ryT
