The Respondent No. 2 has lodged the above case against the Petitioner under Sections 42O, 468&419 of IPC, wherein the Petitioner was figured as Accused and the matter is p'ending before this Hon'ble court. 2l We submit that at the instance of elders and well-wishers, we both have come to a conclusion to settle the dispute by withdrawing the case pending before the Hon'ble Court including the above Criminal case pending in Crime Jrlo. 417 of 2023 of PS SHAMSHABAD, for the offence under Sections 42O, 468&419 of iPC. Further we both already settled the matter.
