2. Heard Mr.K.Krishna Shrawan, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.1 to 6.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.06.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity amount of Rs.1,22,791/- with Token No.25224t4506, dated L2.08.2024 and of Rs.14,77,2O9l- with Token No.2S22414494, dated LZ.OA.ZO24, I I ,.fffri Commutation amount oF F(s'24'57 '660/- No.25224L4465, dated 12'OB'2024 and of Rs'2'04'2901- with Token No.2522414478, dated l2'OB'2o24' encashment of Earned Leave amount of Rs.20,23,709/- with Token No'25001014013' dated with Token |2.07'2024andGeneralProvidentFund(GPF)withdrawa|amount of Rs.63,41,229l- with Token No'25 18263973' dated 16'07'2024' pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible' preferably within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
