PLEADER FOR LA \D ACQUISITION WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit illed therein, and the earlier order dated ,.6-09-2025, made the following; ORDER: This Contempt Cr se is fited alleging rvillful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court dated 29.04 2025in W.P.No.13285 of 2025for not dept,siting the 507" of the decretal amount as dir:cted. The petitioners an three (03) in number. Counter affidavit ras been filed by the respondent No.2, wherein it is stated that no file relating to the propos:rl has been received by the resporrdent No.2 from the concernetl administrali've department i.e., Irrigation & CAD Department - respondent No.l. It is further corrlended that the Finance Department being advisory department is no way directly relat,ed to the matter, however, as and when the file is received from the respondent No.l, t re same will be processed by respondent No 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the subject lands were acquired in the vear 2013 and that W.P.No.13285 of 2025 h:rs been filed for not depositing the comperrsation amounts to the petitioner pursuant to the judgment and decree in L.A.O.P.No 6'2 of 2018 dated 15.06.2023 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court at Wanaparthv. This Court, by order dated 24.04.1025 in W.P.No.12425 of 2025, directed the responrdents to deposit 50oh of the decretal amount in terms of the order dated 19.12.20r.1 passed in l.A.No.3 of 2024 in L.A.A.S.l{o.129 of 2024 to the credit of E.P.No.46 o12023 in L.A.O.P.No.62 of 2018 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that though the order rvas passed on 29.04.2025, even after a laps: of eight (08) months, the said order has not been complied with. On a perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent f {o.2, it is stated that as and when the file is circulated from respondent No.l, the same rvill be processed by the respondent No.2.
