2. Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the petitioner liled the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.3-Tahsildar in not implementing the order dated 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in spite of lapse of more than three and half years, thc respondent authorities have dot liled a counter der-rying the averments madc by the petitior-rer in the u.rit affidavit. Therefore, learned counsel requested this court to allo*' the writ Petition by directing the respondent authorities to implement the orders dated 19.06.202 1 passed by the Special rribunal in case No.Da/2021 and also the orders crated i6.08.202 1 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.p.No. laSOT of 2021.

4. On the other ha,d, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue did not dispute the orders dated 19.06.202 1 passed by the Special Tribunal in case No.l2gl2o2l and also the orders dated _ll 3

16.08.2021 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.1B5O7 of 2O2l and submits that the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
