This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Letter dated 28-06- 2025 vide Dis No.355 of 2025 addressed by the Vlll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy Dsitrict, at L.B.Nagar The Court made the following: ORDER The instant extension petition has been moved at the Irest of the learned Vlll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B Nagar, who had sought for extension of time in complying with the directions given by this Bench in C.R.P.No.384 oI 2025. Considering the developments that have been shown by the Presiding Officer in taking up the two interlocutory applications i.e., 1.A.No.885 and 886 of 2014, this Court is pleased to grant another 45 days time for the Presiding Officer concerned in ensuring the disposal of the two interlocutory applications. --he officer should now take all necessary steps in ensuring that the two interloculory applications stand positively decided within the extended period of time granted today.
