Counsel for the Petitioner : SRI G.SATISH BABU Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR REVENUE The Court made, the following: ORDER HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY 1VRIT PETITION No.2531 of 2o25 ORDER: This writ petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the Dharani online application, dated 2a.O8.2024 21.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner seeking for correction of the data entered in Dharani portal in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.00 guntas in Sy.No.42/N 17 /7 srttated at Mahabubabad Village, Mandal - gnd District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, prayeit for other appropriate reliefs.

2. it is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.S.OO guntas in Sy.No.a2/N/7/ 1 situated at Mahabubabad Village, Mandal and District, having purchased the same from one Sheelam Bixapathi. It is further stated that her name was recorded in the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed were also issued under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1977. It is further statecl that on verification, she found that thrr subject Iand wa s rr issing in Dharani Portal and thr:reforr:, she had submittcd an application No.2400088397, dated 2a Oa.2O24 seeking corr,rction of data entry. The grievance of the 1:,etitioner is that even alter receiving the said application, the resl>ondents are not takir gi any action in accordance with la\v.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent auth6rities to examine online application No.2400088397, dated 28.O8.2024, submitted by the petitioner and if the petitioner satisfy all the requirements for correction of the data in Dharani Portai, consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
