Vide order dated 30.01'2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee' High Cou( for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report. But on the said date, petitioner/accused No 2 is not in a position to appear before the Secretary' High Court Legal Services Committee, due to ill health' Therefore' he sought I I I permission to appear through video conference, for which, this Court directed the petitioner/accused No.2 to appear in virtual mode before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 19.02.2025 and the same is placed on record.
