It is stated that the petitioners are pattadars and poss&sors of the agf icultural lands to an extent ol Acs' 3' 15 t 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.25O9 of 2O25 guntas comprising in Survey Nos.167 12, 167 /3 and 167 14, situated at Venkatapur Village, Turkapally Mandal, Yadagiri- Bhuvanagiri District (for short, 'the subject lands'). It is stated that the names of the petitioners are recorded in the revenue records as pattadars as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder and pattadar passbooks have been issued in their favour to the extent of their shares after granting of Fauthi Isaia uide Khata Nos.60068, 60069 ahd

The grievance of the petitioners is that while issuing e- pattadar passbooks as per the provisions of the Telangana Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O, the nature of the subject lands has been classified as "assigned patta lands" instead of "patta lands"' It is stated that soon after noticing the same, the petitioners have submitted representations including online application dated

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioners for correction and classification of the nature of the lands, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to examine the representations including online application dated O3.O1.2O25, O4.O1.2O25 and 06.01.2025 submitted by the petitioners duly taking note of the earlier passbooks issued under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197 1 for nature of classification of the subject lands and pass appropriate orders in acaordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
