Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are absolute owners and possessors of the agriculturat Iand admeasuring Ac.63.i1 gts in Sy.Nos.2O, 21, 2g, 29, 44, 42, 214, 216, 2tT, 218, 219, 248 and 250 situated at Thiryani Village and Revenue Mandal of Kumrambheem, Asifabad District, and o RRN,J Wp-249O 2A25 they are cultiva.ting the said lands for their liveliho'cd Whjle so' in the year 20O9, the respondent Corporation ha's acquired the subject land bf issuing Draft Notification stating ttrat the Singareni Company is expandrng the project Singareni Dorli-C)CP-I in Ullipitta Dorli and promised to provide any suitable jobs in their Corporation under project dispiaced family (PDF) and also under After acquiring the su bject i:r'nd ' the land acquiring quota' erected their new unit called liingareni respondents corPoration Dorli-OCP-I in Ullipitta Dorli and work is commenced' but till date they did not provide any employment to the petitic'ners in their unit under PDF. In those circumstances' the petitioners made a representation dated l2'O8'2O24 to the respondr:nt No 2l' but the same is not considered by the respondents till date -lherefore' iearned counsel for the petitioners submits that zLppropriate orders be passed in rhe representation by directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by ttLe petitloners on 12.Oa.2O24 and pass appropriate orders in accor<fance with law'

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the respondents will consider the representation of the 3 RRN,J Wp_249O_2025 petitioners, dated 12.0g.2024, and. pass appropriate orders, accordance with iaw.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the responden ts to co-nsider the representation, dated L2.O8.2024, submitted by the petitioners afld pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight (g) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof to the'petitioners.
