The respondents, who are the owners of the subject got the electricity and water supply disconnected, the petitioners fundamental rights. The petitioners approached the authorities, filed C.R.p. No.3977 of 2024 and obtained an interim order dated 13.12.2024 from this Court directing the unofficial respondents to restore electricity and water supply. Despite the Court order, the unofficial respondents failed to compry, and thus, the petitioners were forced to fire a contempt case

It is the specific case of the petitioners that the petitioners submitted a detailed representation dated 2l.Ol.2[2saddressed to the respondent No.5 herein about the disconnection of electricity meter at petitioners, residence i.e., plot No.101, Nirvana Mountain, Aditya Hills, Mithilanagar, Gujalaramaram, Quthubullapur, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and the petitioners ,/ / .,) SN. J \\ry 2542 2025 have submitted all the relevant documents to the respondent No.5 herein evidencing the petitioners address and also the gas bill pertaining to petitioners' plot for applying a new meter and requested the department tb restore the electricity to the petitioners plot which was disconnected on 19'Ll'2024' Though the said representation of the petitioners dated 21'01'2025 had been acknowledged by the office of the respondent No'5 herein' no action has been initiated in this regard. Aggrieved by the said action of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed' 5, Learned counsel aPpearing on behalf of the resPondent Nos.6 and 7 submits that vide detailed representation dated
20.L|.2024, respondent No'6 also requested official respondents for restoration of electricity service connection in respect of the subject premises, however, the respondents have not acted upon the same.
