The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner union had been established in the year 1989 and the petitioner requested the respondents herein for full time permission to the petitioner union State oFFice bearers, on par with other unions. The petitioner rnion had made representations dated 18.06.2019,
77.02.2020, 77.02.2020, 08.02.202r, ts.02.2023 and 16.11.2024 and 18.11.2024 and sought grant of full time permission to petitioner union state office bearers on par with other unions, trut the respondents denied permission to engage in U n ion/Association activities on a full time basis. Inspite of the petitioner's request to grant permission to declare the office bearers of the petitioner union on par with other unions, no action has been initiated as on date on the representations dated L6.71.2024 and lA.lt.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. (' SNJ wP 2460 2025 4. Sri N. Takin into consid ration : (a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, (b) The submissions made by the learned counse! appearang on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of \ respondent No.4, (c) The contents of petitioner's various representations addressed to respondent Nos.2 to 5 which had not been considered by the respondents admittedly as on date, The writ petition is disposed of. The respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.1L.2O24 and 18.11.2024 to accord permission to state office bearers of Telangana State United Electricity Employees Union, H-1829 on par with l I i I l 4 \\,P)460z;;; other unions and to offer full time basis recommendation of the petitioner union, within a period of two (O2) weeksfromthedateofreceiptofacopyofthisorderin accordance to Law and duly communicate the decision to union on its representations dated the Petitioner L8.LL.2O24.
