Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 purchased a residential plot bearing plot No.35, admeasuring 292 sq. yards (equiva-lent to 244.11 sq. meters), through a Sale Deed executed in her favour by one Ginju Uj rvala Reddy. Similariy, petitioner No.2 purchased commercial property bearing Plot Nos.C2 and C 1, totalling

166.66 sq. yards, from one Ginju Vemana Reddy, and petitioner No.3 purchased commercial property bearing plot Nos.C3 and C2, totalling 166.66 sq. yards, from Ginju Vemana Reddy on 28.06.2025. All the aforesaid properties are situated in Sy.Nos.2O and 32, Vaishnavi Nagar, Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District. After completion of all pre-registration forma-lities, all the three Sale Deeds were submitted to respondent No.4 for registration. Respondent No.4, being satished with the formalities, intimated the petitioners as well as their vendors regarding the slot booking timing for I t.
