2. It is stated that the petitioner is the legal heir of one of the Protected Tenants namely Chennappa @ Harijen Peddachinnodu and the petitioner has p.T. rights over the land admeasuring Acs. L7.24 guntas (Acs. 4.O4 guntas in Survey No.48, Acs. 1.17 guntas in Survey No.49 and Acs. 12.03 guntas in Survey No.SO), situated at puddur Village, Gadwa1 Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District (for short, ,the subject Iand]. It is further stated that the subject land was in \ I I I 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.2467 of 2025 occupation by raising various constructions. An objection was raised by one U.Krishna Reddy, Ex-Chairman, Agricultural Market Committee, Gadwal Town, Mahabubnagar District by filing a public interest litigation on the lile of this Court namely W.P(PIL).No.67 of 2016 wherein this Court disposed of the said public interest litigation uide order dated O6.04.2023 directing I I respondent Nos.12 to 17 therein/ respondent Nos.l1 to 16 herein not to operate the subject godowns unless they secure appropriate construction permissions or validation of the construction of godowns already made and permission to run the godowns from the concerned authorities and further directed respondent Nos. 1 to 9 therein to ensure that godowns are not occupied and operated until appropriate permissions are gralted. Even after disposal of the said public interest litigation, when the official respondents have not considered for grant of ownership certificate under the provisions of Telangana Area Tenancy and Agricultural Lands, 1950 and Rules made thereunder, the petitioner was constrained to file W.P.No.3850O of 2016 on the file of this Court. It is further stated that in pursuancu of the order dated 26'06.2023 passed by this Court in the zrbove referred writ petition, the petitioner has filed an appeal on the hle of the DistrictCollectorvideAppealNo.F3lTT3l2023dated 08.08.2023. It is further stated that even after receiving the said appeal, respondent No'2-District Collector has neither issued ary notice nor conducted any enquiry' Thereby the oeetioner is suffering and not in a positiorl to eke out .\ I 4 CVBR, J W.P.No-2467 of 2025 livelihood and also not received the various incentives being sanctioned by the Government as investment subsidies to the pattadars of the land for cultivation of their lands.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner, since the relief sought i in this writ petition is only seeking to direct the 2"d respondent-District Collector to dispose of the appeai uide Appeal No.F3/773/2023 dated 08.08.2023 in terms of the order dated 26.06.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.385OO of 2OL6, the ends of justice would be met if the 2"d respondent- District Collector is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (O6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all the persons interested and affected either for .:. granting of tenancy rights or for mutation of the entries in the revenue records in accordance with law.
