3. Brief facts of this writ petition are that the petitioner had filed O.S.Nos.171 of 2008 and 740 of 2079 on the file of the XI Addl. 29.08.2024 and 23.1,1.2024 made representations and requested respontlent authorities to take note of the common Judgment dated 19.06.2024 passcd in O.S Nos.171 of 2008 and 740 of 201,9 and update the revenue recortls in respect of the subject property and further submits that the same is still pending for consideration and pray this Court to direct the respondcnt authorities to clispose the petitioner's representations tlatc-ci 29.08.202.1 a r-rcl

In view of thc submission made by learned counsel appcaring on either side and without expressing any opinion on the rnerits of the case, this writ J I petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's rePresentations dated 29'08 2024 and 23 JJ2024 and pass appropriate orders skictly in accordance with law' as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner'
