2. Heard Sri A.G.Satyanarayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri R.Anurag, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, for respondent Nos. 1 and 3; Smt. Rachana Kumari, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2; and Ms.Tekuru Swetcha, Iearned counsel for respondent No.4. .(-
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and respondent No.4 have settled the matter out of the Court. It is further submitted that the petitioners and respondent No.4 have mutually agreed to receive the settlement amounts of late H.Raju in three equal shares and that respondent No.4 has no I I objection for appointing petitioner No. 1 on compassionate grounds in respondent No. I -Corporation and to that effect, they have hled Joint Compromise Memo uide USR No.23634 of 2025, dated 04 .O3.2O25. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to pay settlement amounts to the petitioners and respondent No.4 as agreed by them in the joint compromise memo, within a reasonable period of time.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to pay settlement amounts to the petitioners and respondent No.4 in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated O4.O3.2O25, as expeditiously as "possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
