Learned Assistalt Government pleader lrr Services_lll did not dispute the submissions made by learne<t counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of w.p.i\.r .23 138 of 2025 dated 03.09 .2025 and submits that the respon I :nts wilt release the amounts on a priority basis of the toke r numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5 Having regard to the above made submiss;. tns and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.p.No.2313 g of 2O2l,this Writ 3 Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retira-l benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOYo per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actua-l date of its payment. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
