HIS APPLICATION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL HAS BEEN DISMISSED BY THIS COURT EARLIER IN CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2958 OF 2004 ON THE PREMISE THAT HE IS NOT ARRAYED AS ACCUSED AND THAT HE WOULD MOVE FOR BAIL, IF THERE WAS AN INCLUSION OF HIS NAME IN THE CRIME

. “A PERUSAL OF THE RECORD SHOWS THAT IT IS SAID THAT UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A COUNSEL, A-1 AND A-2 BROKE OPEN THE LOCK. THE PROPERTY IN THIS CASE AS SEIZED FROM THE POSSESSION OF A-1”. “INVIEW OF THE SAME, THE REQUEST OF THE PETITIONER APPEARS TO BE GENUINE, AND HIS APPREHENSION IS REAL”.

HENCE, THE CRIMINAL PETITION IS ALLOWED. THE PETITIONER SHALL BE ENLARGED ON BAIL, IN THE EVENT OF HIS ARREST, ON HIS EXECUTING A BOND FOR RS. 5000/- WITH TWO SURETIES FOR THE LIKESUM EACH TO THE SATISFACTION OF STATION HOUSE OFFICER, GOVERNORPET L&O POLICE STATION, VIJAYAWADA, KRISHNA DISTRICT. ON SUCH RELEASE, HE SHALL APPEAR BEFORE HIM AS AND WHEN REQUIRED AND SHALL CO-OPERATE WITH THE INVESTIGATION IN THIS CASE
