Ugender Reddy, learned counsel For the petitioner, letrrned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.5. 3, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.05.2024 and till now, her retirement benefits were rrot released by the respondents.
4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due t.o dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released ; { to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that ar; per seriatim oF the token numbers, amount will be released to the beneficia ries. 5, Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed oF dlrecting the respondents to release Gratuity (TS) amount oF Rs 3,46,735/- with Token No.2512978561, dated
