Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the SI(,J action of respondent Nos.3, 4 and their sut ordinates in interfering with and attempting to remove the li ncing stones 1n respect of petitioner's Plot No. 106, admtasuring 2O0 Sq.yards in Sy.No.36 f 24, situated at Phase II, \/ nayak Nagar Colony, Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally M r nda-l, Ranga Reddy District and threatening to dispossess t he petitioner from his plot, without issuing any notice rnd without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitr rry

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that while admitting the matter, this Court passed nterim order dated 28.01.2022 with a direction to maintai t status quo existing as on that date until the next date r ,f hearing in respect of the subject property. However, in sp te of lapse of more than three and half years, the responder t authorities a did not chose to hle counter or vacate petitiorL denying the averments made by the petitioner in the writ affidavit. In ) 7 3 SK,J view of the same, Iearned counsel requested this Court to allow the writ Petition by directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner respect to the subject property without following due process 1n of law.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government \ Pl"rd., for Revenue submits that if the petitioner is in possession of the subject property, the respondents will not interfere with the petitioner's possession of the subject property, without following due process of law and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders' In view of the submissions made on either side, this 5.
