Brief iacts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioncrs claims that their larrtis alonli rvith structures, situatecl in Sy.No.536 at Mangal]r.rlli, a hamlet of jallar.rr. r Village, Kamanpur Manc{al, werc .rtquiretl bv the rcspondent authorities for the purpose of OCP-III proiect and ac(.luisition was initiated bv responticnt No.3 inclutling an cxtcnt of 43,536 square varcls of assignccl land, encc,rrpassing 591 structurcs in Mat-rgapalli village. Tlrcreaf ter, the respondent auth()rities assigned a proiect number to each housc, incltrtling those belonging to tlle petitioners and paid a meagcr .tnroLrnt as er-1pati:r compensation to all petitioners. The case of the pctitioners is that the house located on patta land covered under Sy.Nos.1.l7 anc{ {.ltl werc acquired and \ the compensation was paid at an agreecl ratc ancl thc same was approved by the District Level Negotiation Committcc (DLNC) .r nel consent awards were also passed in their favour. However, thc lrousc owncrs in assigned land under Sy.No.536 were paid ex-gratia as per the older irr G.O.Ms.No.1307 date,J 23.72.7993, though proceeding No.G1llll8/2012 datecl 23.03.2013,

Aggrievcd bv thc sar-ne, the housc owners of assigned lands approached the Governmcnt thlouiih respone{ent No.2 and requested for compensation at thc sarne rate o[ hrrtrse ()\.! ncls in patta lands along with benefits in accordance with G.O.iVls.No.135 clated 30.11.2004. Subsequently, respondent No.3 after considering the issue ancl based on the direction issued by the respondecl No.2 passccl an orclcr approving the payment of differential amount of Rs..1,6it,65,3-l()/ - tolr,arcls thc value of 591 structures in Mangalpalli Village. It is further statcc{ thirt the respondent No.3 z,id€ proceeding Lr.No.B1/297 / 2004 datetl 02.05.2023, acldrcssed a letter to respondent No.2 and requested necessarv instructions in thc mattcr antl the respondent No.2 aide letter bearing No.R2/759/2017 tiated 2L.02.2024, enclosed the list of claimants and instructecl rcspondcnt No.3 to pay thc differential amount.
