Petition under Section 151 cpc praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired in support of the petition, the High court may be preased to direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider on-rine apprication through vide No 2300136967, dated 01 .09.2023 and derete the rand of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.1 .20 Gts, in survey No. 2441104, which is situated at pedda Amberpet Virage, Abdurapurmet Mandar, Ranga Reddy District whic[r is kept under the Prohibited properties and transfer rand of the petitioner from Notionar Khata to Patta Land pending disposal of the Writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac. 1.20 guntas in Sy.No.244/1O4 of Pedda Amberpet Revenue Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and her name was also recorded as pattadar in the revenue records and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook No.156436 uide Patta No 319 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks AcL, 1971 (for short "the Act, 1971") lt is further stated that the respondent authorities without taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is pattadar, have notilred the subject property as prohibited properly uide Gazette Notification No.ES / 4976 /2013 /Hayathnagar/ Pedda Amberpet, dated, 26.09.2013 and in the pattadar passbook the same was shown as Laoni Patta issued under the provisions of the Laoni Rules framed under Telangana Land Revenue Act, 13 I 7 Fasli and therefore, the petitioner had submitted an application No.23OO 136967, dated 01.O9 '2023 seeking for deletion of the land from the list of prohibited properties and also change the nature from Notional Khata to Patta Land' The l 2 CVBR, J wp 2t6l 202s grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said applicatlon the respondent has not taken any action so far.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned cor_rnsel for the respectir.e parties and with their consent, l-his wri1. petition is disposed of ai lhe admission stage.
3. Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents .has vehemently contended that in the pattadar passbook relied upon by the petitioner, it is recorded as Laoni patta and as such the petitioner was assigned the subject land and she is not entitled to transfier or alienate the subject property in favour of third parties.

As seen from the above, the grievance of the petitioner is that for ,:hanging the nature of land from Notiona t Khata to Patta, it is not the case of the petitioner that she is making efforts to alienate the property in favour of rhird parties in violation of the conditions of the assignment. It is rvell settled law that r1' the petitioner has violated the assignment patta conditions;, the respondent authorities have power to take appropriate action against the petitioner. Since the pctitioner is only seeking for conversion of Khata from Notional to patta, this J CVBR, J Wp_2161 2025 Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, directing the respondents to examine the petitioner's application No.2300136967, dated O1.O9.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and if the petitioner is not otherwise entitled for the same, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
