2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Governmerrt Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents No.l to 4- and the learned Standing counsel for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., appearing for respondents No.7 to 9.

3. learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that consequent to the interim order dated 24.01.2025 passed by this Court, the respondents have already released the seized stock and the tankeruehicle and have also handed over the keys of dispensing unit of the petitioner and tlrat tlle petitioner is running his petrol bunk as of r1ow.
