BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2L36 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the notice No.G/315a12024, dated 21.O1.2025 issued by respondent No.4 in proposing to conduct survey over the lands in Sy.Nos.S2 to 84 situated at Pulimamidi Revenue Village, Dawoodguda Thanda, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy I District, without demarcating the Government ceiling landjn the above survey numbers, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate relicfs. It is stated that the petitioners have purchased the 2. agricultural land to an extent of Ac.O.27 guntas in Sy.No.84/8/11212/1; Ac. 1.35 guntas in Sy.No.B4l8 lll2l2/l; Ac.O.1O guntas in Sy.No.S4/lSll l3/2; Acs.2.OO guntas in Sy.No.S4l loll212; Ac.o. 10 guntas in Sy.No.S4liS/ 1/4 and Acs.3.OS guntas in Sy.No.84/8/ 1/ 1, situated at Pulimamidi Revenue Village, Dawoodguda Thanda, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, through different registered sale deeds. It is further stated that the names of the petitioners were mutated in all the revenue records and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbooks in their favour under the provisions \ ) CVBII, J Wp 2136 2025 of the 'lclangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O. lL is further stated that respondcnt No.7, basing on the googlc map, l'rad made an application to conduct survey of the lancls ir-r Sy.Nos.tl2 to 84 and acting on the said complaint the impugncd notice has been issued. The grievance of the petitioncrs is that without considering the objections submitted by them and without demarcating the Government land in situated in Sy.Nos.82 to 84, the respondent authorities arc proposing to conduct survey of the subject land. .,n

Considerecl the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners :rnd Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed at the admission stage. In view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofficial respondent is dispcnsed with.

[n view of the submissior-rs made by the learned counsel for thc respective parties and since the grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are proposing to conduct the sur-vey without considering the objections submitted by the petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of I I I CVBI{, J Wp_2136 2025 the case, is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if the respondent authorities are directed to consider thc objections fited by the petitioners before conducting survey in Sy.Nos.82 to 84, of Pulimamidi Revenue Village, Dawoodguda Thanda, Kandukuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and conduct the suruey in terms of the Circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements, and Land Records. J With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposgd of. There shall be no orcler as to costs.
