COMMON ORDER :
(Per Hon’ble Sri Bilal Nazki, ACJ) It is submitted that in these writ petitions, the A.P.Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 was challenged. The controversy has already been settled by Supreme Court in a judgment reported in Union of India & another vs. Delhi High Court Bar Association & Others. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court, no further orders are needed to be passed in these writ petitions, which are accordingly dismissed. __________________ (BILAL NAZKI, ACJ) __________________ (G.CHANDRAIAH, J) 23rd August 2005.
