The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitioner, the Plot Nos.40218, in Survey Nos.11/8, 1l/9, LL/LO and 11l11 part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 208.5 sq. yards, situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd., Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, bounded by North: Plot No.403; South: Plot No.4O2/A, East:30' wide road, West: Plot No.413, as illegal, null, / wP 2t21 2025 2 void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent:; to receive application and to release the indiviciual service connection without being influenced by the instructions of the Bth respondent and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice". Taking into consideration the circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons atike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.No.132 of 2025 dated O3.O1.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to J wP 2127 2025 release of petitioner consider the request of the petitioner electricity service connectaon to accordance to law, rn respect of petitioner,s subject property, the Plot Nos.4O2/8, in Survey Nos-i-l-/g, 7.L/g, lLlIO and t!/tl part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 2O8.5 sq, yards, situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co- Operative Housing Society Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, Terangana state, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the titigataon pending before it arising out of the order dated L2.O9.2O1-2 passed in Writ petation No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
